Add Detailed Version Info to Installed Autolab Instance

Autolab displays a 'version' string in the lower right corner (currently 2.3.0). This is static text. Change this so the version is actually a link to a page with information defined (potentially) during the build/deploy process. The display data can be stored in a separate file (e.g., app/version) as html or possibly as plain text, and can include things such as the commit id, install date, branch, etc.

Bonus points if we can access this page without logging into the system.
