This commit provides optional output formatting via a JSON string.
One presentation is currently support, but the encoding allows for
future extensibility. An example assessment (hellocat) demonstrates
potential use.

 - Okta Authentication
 - Split up setup script and separated wsu-v files
    - Addressed issues 4 and 6
	+ Made two setup scripts, one installing prereq (admin to run) (setup-system.sh), and one for setting up autolab (setup.sh)
	+ Added fix for MySQL problem with the new rails 5 version (force database to use 'traditional'
    - Removed the execution of configure_users.rb file (since it was only
         for developing), but left traces there for testing
    - With Fixed rbenv reinstalling problem
 - Added a rake task to quickly add a new user manually
 - Added CI that runs test suite and auto deploys to lynx-dev

* Changes to_i to a shorthand to change t to 1

* Uses is_truthy util to convert instead

implemented scores order and default is order of scores given in json string and autograding total is cumalitive of all score values
