Migrate auto-deploy script into .gitlab-ci.yml file

zacary.king requested to merge auto-deploy-migration into dev

I would take out the additional reference to this branch upon merge so that the deploy jobs will only be ran when in the dev branch. Having a reference to this branch was used for testing.
